About Us

I have been coaching sports for 9 years and in that time led sport teams and coaches to enjoy themselves and progress. With all these years of experience I have coached a diverse range of children and adults in their participation of different sports. 
In 2022 I wanted to create my own coaching business as I felt confident and prepared to go all in. I now have a team of coaches who I believe can support me in providing a high quality service. Me and my team specialise in providing a fun filled experience for all children and adults we deliver coaching to. The work we do covers many sports including football, tag rugby, netball, tennis, basketball, cricket, rounders and athletics. We do many team activities using sport equipment, create posters, fitness, dancing, deliver quizzes, play indoor games and our overall aim is to give all children an opportunity to be a part of a team, to experience success and most importantly enjoy themselves. We do this through adapting to each age, personality, ability and fitness level.
